Larry and I (Annette) recently attended Pfaff meetings in Nashville, Tennessee. While there we learned new techniques on the Pfaff Creative Sensation Pro. Larry is shown stitching a reverse appliqué design.

We had a fun filled field trip to the Pfaff facility in La Vergne, Tennessee where the “Golden Pfaff” is on display. It was an enlightening experience to see how the Pfaff products are inventoried and shipped to our store. 
We had the opportunity to visit with all the Pfaff team members who make it happen!

In the photo Larry is shown disassembling a Pfaff machine. Larry was the only metro St. Louis area Pfaff dealer to take this specialized advance service training program. Throughout the process, each part’s function was fully explained and documented. One could say that we know our machines from the inside out!
